Replace those messy spreadsheets, tattered recipe books and cluttered diaries with a simple app — available to all your staff to use.

One app. Everything your kitchen runs on.

Prep Lists

Build your team’s daily prep list and have every chef check off their tasks in real time, from any phone or tablet. Section-based — each chef sees only their section’s work. No clipboards, no paper, no chasing.

๐Ÿ“–

Recipes

Full recipe cards with ingredients, method, yield notes, and photos — on every phone in the kitchen. Your standard recipes stop living in someone’s head and start being what your whole team cooks from, every shift.

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ

Dishes & Menu

Photos, plating notes, and component details for every dish. Your live menu in one place — tap any dish to see exactly how it’s built and what it should look like on the plate.

๐Ÿณ

Food Costing

Cost every dish from the ingredient up. Set a sell price and see your GP% instantly. Cost a special before service. Know when ingredient prices change and exactly what it means for your menu.

๐Ÿ“ฆ

Stocktake & Orders

AI-assisted stocktake — Kitchen+ knows where your ingredients are stored, so you walk your sections and count as you go. Build your order list from what you actually need. Print or email it.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ

Team Access

Admins see food costs, GP%, and financial detail. Chefs see prep lists, recipes, and dish photos. Everyone works from the same data — each person sees only what they need.

๐ŸŒก๏ธ

Temperature Logs

Log fridge and cool room temperatures from any device. Records are stored by location and date — there when you need them for an inspection or a review. No paper forms, no clipboards.

๐Ÿงน

Cleaning Schedule

Build your kitchen’s cleaning schedule and have your team check off tasks as they’re done. Daily, weekly, and periodic cleans in one place — everyone knows what needs doing and when it was last done.

This app is designed to grow.

Kitchen+ is a living product — built around how real kitchens actually work. As you use it, new features get added. If something’s missing that would make your kitchen run better, that’s a conversation worth having. This is built with the people who use it, not just for them.

Pricing

It’s free.

“I’m not charging for the app because I understand hospitality. You don’t need another bill.”

Kitchen+ is completely free to use. No subscriptions. No monthly fees. Prep lists, recipes, food costing, stocktake, order lists, temperature records, cleaning schedules — all of it, free.

The only costs are AI credits — these power the optional bulk import features, like uploading a supplier spreadsheet or scanning a menu. Your account starts with enough credits to get through initial setup. After that, top up when you need to. Typical usage: $10 goes a long way. If you never use the AI features, Kitchen+ costs you nothing, ever.

Kitchen+ is currently an MVP in active beta testing. All your data will be saved if you start now, but expect constant updates as the app improves. All features are completely free during this time.*

*If you take the piss and use too many AI credits, I’ll stop you.

Let me set your kitchen up.

Getting started is the hardest part. I can walk you through the initial setup, get your menu loaded and costed, onboard your team, and make sure the app is running the way your kitchen actually works — not the way a manual says it should.

Currently available to Australian restaurants only.
